Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to fees paid directly to ChooseAstrologer for directory listing plans. It does not govern payments made directly to independent astrologers.
Effective: 17 September 20261. Fixed listing terms
Featured and Premium purchases are currently sold as fixed monthly or annual listing terms and do not automatically renew unless a future checkout clearly states otherwise.
2. Activation
A paid listing term is activated only after payment has been confirmed by the payment provider and verified by ChooseAstrologer’s server, or after an administrator performs an authorized manual activation.
3. Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or a confirmed payment did not activate the purchased listing term, contact us promptly at chooseastrologer@gmail.com with the payment reference and account email.
4. Activated listing terms
Except where required by applicable consumer law or where ChooseAstrologer confirms a duplicate/technical billing error, fees for an already activated listing term are generally non-refundable because directory placement begins immediately.
5. Payment-provider processing
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card network or payment method.
6. Astrologer consultation payments
ChooseAstrologer’s listing-plan refund policy does not cover consultation fees paid directly to independent astrologers. Any such refund must be handled with that provider under their own terms and applicable law.
