Social Connection Data Deletion

1. Disconnect the app at Meta

In your Facebook account, open Settings and look for Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Find ChooseAstrologer Social and remove its access if present. You may also review the relevant business asset permissions through Meta Business Settings. The exact Meta menu wording may vary.

2. Request deletion from ChooseAstrologer

Email chooseastrologer@gmail.com with the subject Social connection data deletion request. Identify the Facebook Page or Instagram username involved and the email address you use for ChooseAstrologer. Do not email passwords, API access tokens, app secrets, identity documents or other sensitive credentials.

3. What the request covers

We will review the request and remove eligible social integration connection records, including stored authorisation credentials, if any were previously connected and retained by ChooseAstrologer. We may ask for a reasonable ownership confirmation before acting. Removing an integration will not automatically delete content that has already been published on Facebook or Instagram; manage that content directly on those platforms.

4. Other account information

A social integration removal request is separate from deleting a ChooseAstrologer directory account, public practitioner listing, enquiries, reviews or payment records. For requests concerning that information, review our Privacy Policy and contact the same support address. Information subject to legal or security retention obligations may not be deleted immediately.

5. Status

The planned automatic social publisher is still being developed. This page provides instructions for the integration when available and a contact channel for relevant requests in the meantime.
